I have a Veon Smart TV and I'm trying to set up  Unlocator Smart DNS. I do not have the unlocator vpn so the app doesn't work, only the smart DNS. Unfortunately there is very little online about Veon Tvs. I can't follow standard set up as I don't know how to change the DNS. However, I finally noticed it only does this when I'm connected to my home internet. If I'm using mobile data, Unlocator will open and I can connect and then switch over to my wifi. I was ok with this, but now I'm trying to get my Sony Bravia TV to work with the Unlocator app. I get the same loading screen and it never allows me to connect to anything. \n\nI've tried setting my router DNS to the appropriate settings and it works for most things. When I change the IP settings on the TV, nothing changes. \n\nHopefully there's someone that can spot something missed. YouTube Tv carries NYM but not NYY and BOS. In order to watch the Sox and Yanks, I purchased Unlocator Strong DNS. To my understanding I can’t use a VPN because I have an Eero router and I can’t change the DNS on my Roku TV. So I need to adjust the strong DNS on my PS4… I followed the steps listed here https://support.unlocator.com/article/219-how-to-set-up-playstation-4?_ga=2.145659836.945494403.1680463311-112366200.1680463311 but it didn’t seem to do anything. Also, when I check my Unlocator account, only two of the three check marks are green. It says my subscription is active and my current IP is added to the account, but the DNS check is red and it just links to the set up guide that I linked above and everything is already set up. I feel like I must be doing something obvious wrong. I don’t know a lot about VPNs/ DNS so I don’t even understand how the PS4 would link to my account. I haven’t downloaded anything to the PS4 related to Unlocator.
