Dozens of orders, lots of money spent with them. \n\nOn 10/06, My order of 200 Blue Razz dollar tabs shipped. On 10/08 they stopped moving between two usps hubs. On 10/11 with three days no movement, I emailed simply to let them know. They never responded. \n\nOn 10/14 still no movement, I emailed again asking if they could help. Usually the shipper has to file claims with USPS, they won’t talk to the recipient. Again, zero response. \n\nOn 10/16 with 8 days no movement, and no response from Simply I made a USPS account and filed a missing package claim. I emailed Simply to share the reference number. They FINALLY responded with an AI auto-response reiterating their 15-business days policy before they can take any action. I then got a follow-up reply from “Ralph” Saying “Let us know how it goes”. that’s it, no offer to help nothing. \n\nI went to the post office on 10/21, and spoke to my post office rep who said the package is likely lost, and internally they show zero scans since 10/08. those guys can see alot more detail then we can. They agreed it’s for sure lost. \n\nEmailed Simply, let them know. Again, zero reply zero response. On 10/24 I sent a 5th email, basically expressing that it’s now 15 business days since the order, and that it would be nice to make contact and know my options. i’ve followed all their policies. I’ve emailed them since 10/11, and outside one half-assed reply I’ve gotten nothing and it’s 10/25 today. \n\nAt this point, I don’t even want a reship or an alternate tab. I don’t want any more business with them. I want a refund and I’m done. They used to be the best, what in the hell happened to them. Zero labs, underdosed tabs, garbage customer service, and yet they still charge higher prices than anyone. \n\nOn Monday assuming no reply, I plan to file a chargeback with my bank for failure to deliver products or services and wash my hands of this. I’m confident the emails, the order summary, screenshots of their policies, will satisfy the  bank since this was a debit card purchase.       \n\nSimply7OH has refused to reply, or take any meaningful action to show customer service. I’ve given them multiple chances to help, to make this right or just offer up what they can do. These things happen, but you don’t ghost a customer and tie up their funds for 3+ weeks.\n\nSharing to let you all know just how bad they are these days. If your order gets lost at all in transit, they flat out won’t do a thing before 15-business days. So include some weekends, we are talking three weeks before per their policy they are even willing to help.
