ايام حياتي، تفكير كتير ونوبات قلق وضيق تنفس وصداع ونوم كتير ومرهق ومتعصب علطول وافكار انتحارية وأذي نفسي والي حواليا وفكرت أكتر من مرة وكنت هاخد خطوة بالفعل ولكن عند آخر لحظة وقفت.\n\n الحل السحري...\n\nالشيخ بتاعي كلمني وهو معالج نفسي. اتكلمنا شوية ونصحني كتير اروح دكتور، بالفعل اقنعني وروحت دكتور.\n\nشخصني وكتبلي اكتر من دواء ومحطش في حسابه إني ٣ث ومحتاج اذاكر.\n\nأول يوم دواء كان وقتها صيام ورمضان ومن شدة التعب فطرت، كلمت واحدة تقربلي وهي صيدلة كلينك، عدلت الجرعات وشالت ادوية والزمتني بدواء واحد نص قرص في اليوم.\n\nحالتي بدأت تتحسن وفي خلال ١٠ أيام بدأت اذاكر تاني.\n\nيظهر المشكلة الكبرى، ناسي كل الي فات وشوية على المراجعات والمدرسين بيجروا ومراكم كمية كبيرة جدا من المحاضرات غير الإنجلش الي كنت معرفش الستوري ومش مذاكرها وضعيف فيه ومش مثبت مدرس وحاجات تانية كتير.\n\nشديت شوية ولميت المتراكم، اخدت قرار متهور قبل الامتحانات بشهر ونص، وقفت كل الدروس وقولت كفاية مدرسين، انا هشتغل بدماغي وانا عارف نفسي.\n\nجبت الكتب الي محتاجها واشتغلت مع نفسي بجدية تامة.\n\nدخلت الامتحانات.\n\nلجنة ورا التانية وكل لجنة تكون اصعب من الي قبلها.\n\nلجنة الكيمياء. بدأت اقلق وبدأت تبدأ النوبة الي كانت بتجيلي، خصوصا اني مش بغش الحمد لله وشايف الي قدامي بيبدلوا ورقهم بعيني، شايف تعبي كله وبهدلتي العيال بتبدلها بكل بساطة، اللجنة ٣ ساعات منهم ساعة ونص الكهرباء قاطعة.\n\nاخدت نفس وهديت نفسي بسرعة وقدرت أكمل.\n\nلحد ما خلصت الامتحاناات، حاسب لنفسي هجيب بظبط 97.5% والي هي 312.\n\nهوب النتيجة ظهرت والحمد لله 306.5 ولو عملت تظلم هيرجعلي كل الدرجات، مفتوح ليا كل الكليات حتى بترول وبفرق درجات كبير جدا، بترول فرق 4 درجات ونص. هندسة بفرق 30 درجة، حوالي 9.5%.\n\nكلمتني الأكاديمية البحرية تديني منحة كاملة، اليابانية، الفرنسية، زويل، الألمانية المصرية، الألمانية الدوية، السلام، وجامعات كتير.\n\nالفنية العسكرية كلموني، وبعتولي SMS.\n\nسنة خير وسافرت أماكن عمر ما كان طويل شوية اه بس إن شاء الله يفرحكم.\n\nكنت ٣ث علمي رياضة، حصلي أكتر من ظرف وكشفت نفسية عصبية، واتشخصت بـGeneralised anxiety disorder (GAD)، اضطراب قلق عام.\n\nقبل التشخيص وصلت لمرحلة صعبة وبعيش اسوء ايام حياتي، تفكير كتير ونوبات قلق وضيق تنفس وصداع ونوم كتير ومرهق ومتعصب علطول وافكار انتحارية وأذي نفسي والي حواليا وفكرت أكتر من مرة وكنت هاخد خطوة بالفعل ولكن عند آخر لحظة وقفت.\n\n الحل السحري...\n\nالشيخ بتاعي كلمني وهو معالج نفسي. اتكلمنا شوية ونصحني كتير اروح دكتور، بالفعل اقنعني وروحت دكتور.\n\nشخصني وكتبلي اكتر من دواء ومحطش في حسابه إني ٣ث ومحتاج اذاكر.\n\nأول يوم دواء كان وقتها صيام ورمضان ومن شدة التعب فطرت، كلمت واحدة تقربلي وهي صيدلة كلينك، عدلت الجرعات وشالت ادوية والزمتني بدواء واحد نص قرص في اليوم.\n\nحالتي بدأت تتحسن وفي خلال ١٠ أيام بدأت اذاكر تاني.\n\nيظهر المشكلة الكبرى، ناسي كل الي فات وشوية على المراجعات والمدرسين بيجروا ومراكم كمية كبيرة جدا من المحاضرات غير الإنجلش الي كنت معرفش الستوري ومش مذاكرها وضعيف فيه ومش مثبت مدرس وحاجات تانية كتير.\n\nشديت شوية ولميت المتراكم، اخدت قرار متهور قبل الامتحانات بشهر ونص، وقفت كل الدروس وقولت كفاية مدرسين، انا هشتغل بدماغي وانا عارف نفسي.\n\nجبت الكتب الي محتاجها واشتغلت مع نفسي بجدية تامة.\n\nدخلت الامتحانات.\n\nلجنة ورا التانية وكل لجنة تكون اصعب من الي قبلها.\n\nلجنة الكيمياء. بدأت اقلق وبدأت تبدأ النوبة الي كانت بتجيلي، خصوصا اني مش بغش الحمد لله وشايف الي قدامي بيبدلوا ورقهم بعيني، شايف تعبي كله وبهدلتي العيال بتبدلها بكل بساطة، اللجنة ٣ ساعات منهم ساعة ونص الكهرباء قاطعة.\n\nاخدت نفس وهديت نفسي بسرعة وقدرت أكمل.\n\nلحد ما خلصت الامتحاناات، حاسب لنفسي هجيب بظبط 97.5% والي هي 312.\n\nهوب النتيجة ظهرت والحمد لله 306.5 ولو عملت تظلم هيرجعلي كل الدرجات، مفتوح ليا كل الكليات حتى بترول وبفرق درجات كبير جدا، بترول فرق 4 درجات ونص. هندسة بفرق 30 درجة، حوالي 9.5%.\n\nكلمتني الأكاديمية البحرية تديني منحة كاملة، اليابانية، الفرنسية، زويل، الألمانية المصرية، الألمانية الدوية، السلام، وجامعات كتير.\n\nالفنية العسكرية كلموني، وبعتولي SMS.\n\nسنة خير وسافرت أماكن عمر ما كان يخطر في بالي اسافرلها، انا لحد دلوقتي صيفت ٣ مرات باين ولا ٤ 😂.\n\nوكفاية فرحة الي حواليا.\n\nأنا جاي اشارك فرحتي وافرحكم معايا، زي ما كنت مكتئب
