so im alittle stupid and didn’t realize that today was my only day off and my normal day to do phenibut, the last time i took phenibut was 6 days ago and yesterday i stupidly took 50mg of pregab because i was having so much trouble getting sleep that night and said fuck it ill take something so i can sleep during the day and then wake up and go to work feeling slightly buzzed, well now its today and i want to take my normal 1.25g dose i was wondering what would i need to do to keep noticeable phenibut effects, could i add 20mg pregab to my phenibut? Or just take it as is and it will be fine? For reference i havent done pregabalin in MONTHS!
