We know everyone on our street, it's a very \"neighborly\" place.  True there are no bars or restaurants within walking distance but it's an Uber /Lyft ride away and with the new 130th light rail station (closer to where you have circled) it's going to be even easier to get around.  If you have dogs, there is an Off-Leash park at North Acres and if you have kids, there is a splash park as well as a play area and baseball, etc. fields.  Personally, I love living so close to the interstate (we are 3 blocks away and don't hear shit) - I work downtown and can get to work in less than 15 minutes on most days (barring the revive I-5 bullshit going on now). Crime on the east side of Haller Lake has not generally been an issue, just like any neighborhood in Seattle there is no guarantee but I've always felt safe.
