That being said I’ve lived here 8 years and I love it. It’s a real community that watched out for each other and feels like a neighborhood. There are issues and it will appear “run down” to many but I love it. There’s access to good green space (north SeaTac park) and great coffee shops (cafe dulzura) and some of the best teriyaki in the area (Buxx) - the city is prioritizing it for development so we are likely to attract more small businesses (and hopefully more groceries but Duane’s produce is awesome!)
