Long fellow Creek has one of my favorite walks in Seattle. A few sketchy moments, but nothing out of ordinary for a city.   It’s very chill  with a lot of families walking around. Public Library and the Seattle Tool Library are very close and are fabulous resources. \n\n\n I am glad I don’t live directly on Delridge Ave, it’s noisy and parking lots stressful. So definitely check out the townhome to see if the soundproofing is good.
