No. But there are often a lot of unpredictable looking people hanging around and serious violence at any time of day would be no surprise to anyone. The city seems to let trouble fester there. The homeless encampments at times have been massive and completely out of control.\n\nSo, why do I ever walk through there? The restaurants, the shops, and the parking near the stadiums. There's nothing else like it in the region. \n\nBut would I live there?
