To compare it to Chicago or Philly ( I’m originally from Philly ) is difficult because of the size and depends which part of those cities. \n\nThe city has neglected the ID. They have made huge improvements though but still challenging to solve.  \n\nThe area has improved but I’d rather live further north a bit.
