I love it. I know all my neighbors and they’re all wonderful. I feel like I’m in a great location - close enough to walk to all the shops/restaurants/bars, easy commute downtown, a bit longer but still walkable to Lake WA or Seward Park.\n\nI’d say that CC has more than usual property crime, but less than usual violent crime. Violent crime in CC is usually gang related and/or targeted vs. random acts.
