Some of the HOA restrictions were insane, I found the neighbors around there to be both nosy and offstandish. Everyone seemed much older and in their retired phase of life. As a couple with a young kid I just didn’t find it very welcoming at all, like just getting side eye from my crying toddler and felt like we were imposing on their snobby nimby stepford wife tranquility.
