It is *magical*. \n\nThe neighborhood pool is never busy, the private beach park is huge with a rentable cabana, huge grassy space, playground. There is another playground in the middle (woodbine) that is very new. You can also rent the clubhouse for events for an insanely low cost. There are community events (Easter egg hunt, 4th of July, adult party, summer fest, Halloween, Christmas) that get good turn outs and keeps everyone super friendly. \n\nAll the neighbors I’ve ever had (about 30 years worth) were mostly awesome, helpful and kind. When I was growing up there were not a ton of kids but it has exploded with kids now and it’s so great to see.
