Hands down my favorite neighborhood. And I've lived in every major area between Yesler and the cut.\n\nIt's a bit sleepy, but in a good way. What it lacks in businesses (and groceries) it makes up for in cool quirky public spaces and little easter eggs. Cool spots are Pecado Bueno and 14 carrot. Zoo is alright if you don't mind the dismissive hipster staff.\n\nTraffic is fine in the context of it being very central neighborhood.
