It wasn't a flex or anything. The Seattle experience is different for those who make less and I noted that early in my post. \n\nAnd I never said South Seattle isn't Seattle. I live near RAinier Beach HS for crying out loud and love it here LOL.  I've owned two homes in Seattle in 31 years - both near RB High School.\n\nDon't shoot the messenger. I'm not gonna sugar coat it and will call it how I see it.\n\nAnd an aside, I have had some good years financially. For example my old street (66th Ave S) is nice and all the homes have views.
