I have never felt unsafe and property crime is rare. The parks in this area (Sam smith, Coleman, Frink) are all wonderful and new restaurants seem to be popping up on jackson all the time. It feels residential while still being a quick bus/car trip to the rest of Seattle. \n\nI’m not as familiar with the neighborhood as you get closer to rainier.
