{"data":[{"author":"donnademuertos","author_flair_css_class":"flair","author_flair_text":"Hillman City","body":"I live off rainier and a few streets away from Graham. \n\nNever had a problem here with muggings, burglaries, people harassing me. The Graham 7-11 can be sketchy, but only occassionally. I routinely walk to sketchy 7-11 late at night (like around 1 to 3 am) for various snacks and stuff, as well.\n\nThere was some smash and grabs that happened a few months back, but the hillman city/Brighton FB page and next door haven't really mentioned any new ones lately. Mostly what you get down here is people possibly looking in your backyard for left out tools or door to door scammers. Also, people on Rainier/MLK/Graham drive like maniacs.\n\nThe neighborhood is nice. :) Hillman City is about to open up some neat little food and drink places, coupled with all the awesome places already there (big chickie, union bar, slow boat tavern, tin umbrella coffee...I kind of think of it as a little Georgetown). The Asian grocery store on MLK and Graham is wonderful. The little taco stand at Rainier and Graham is cheap and really good, and the middle eastern restaurant (madwaa? Cafe) is super slow, but very very delicious.\n\nAlso! There will be a light rail station built at MLK and Graham in the future. Not sure how soon, might be a bazillion years away, but it's something that is a definite. Something to keep in mind if you want to sell after the station is built.","controversiality":0,"created_utc":1469668414,"distinguished":null,"edited":false,"gilded":0,"id":"d5ttrty","link_id":"t3_4uxz18","parent_id":"t3_4uxz18","retrieved_on":1471740088,"score":8,"stickied":false,"subreddit":"Seattle","subreddit_id":"t5_2qhad","ups":8,"name":"t1_d5ttrty","permalink":"/r/Seattle/comments/t3_4uxz18/d5ttrty"}]}
